No fix, no fee applies to laptops that arrive with factory original ac adapters and haven't had a dc jack repair attempt.

 

Diagnnostics and external cleaning are performed at customers request. Warranty includes labor only. Shipping and parts are extra. Turn around time between 2-5 business days.

 

If you don't include your AC adapter with the laptop you don't get any warranty.
